"The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations."

"The appartment was perfectly situated just off the main avenue and tram route from the airport inside the old town ,an easy walk from the main tram station. The appointment is on the 2nd floor with 4 short flights of stairs to climb.
