「The location was beautiful and had lovely water views however the facilities need updating eg.showerheads with poor water accessibility and general room fixtures need replacing. No drinking water available on site due to tea trees located in/near springs making water undrinkable. Bottled water was readily provided. Hotel/bistro prices were expensive.

「The host came and spoke to us asking about our two dogs we had with us during our stay. He was somewhat upset and rude. We were told the hosts were fine with dogs, however we needed to let them know beforehand and us bringing them would attract an additional fee. This was not mentioned anywhere in the Expedia listing and we were taken quite aback as we had no knowledge of this rule.

「We found the property to be above our expectations. Premise was in imaculate condition and very comfortable.Bedding also very comfortableExcellent location to the Port Arthur site and Stewarts Bay beach. Hosts were very patient with us as we had a senior moment with the operation of the TV but through quick communication issue was resolved.Fully recommend to travellers to Port Arthur.」

「Room was tiny, could hear through the walls of the next rooms and hallway. Queen bed was actually a double, king bed was 2 single beds pushed together, shower was appalling, water pressure and hot water was poor, no heat pump or reverse cycle air conditioning so beware stating in winter or summer, kettle did not work, furniture was cheap, breakfast was extremely overpriced $21 for cereal and toast 」
