"We had a really nice stay overall. The space had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and the location was absolutely perfect — close enough to everything without being in the center of Nashville. There were a few items worth noting. Older or heavier persons may find it difficult to find comfort in the provided furniture, while the one couch was quite comfy it was also difficult to get out of. The kitchen chairs while aesthetically appealing got quite hard on the backside in the event of lengthy dinner conversation or card games. The main rooms and fireplace were very comfortable temperature wise but space heaters were needed in both king suites to keep a comfortable temperature(February visit & the space heaters were provided)The stove is more of a small apartment style stove-works just fine but something to be aware of if planning to cook large meals during your stay.Overall, we throughly enjoyed our stay and could have spent another week enjoying the hot tub and fabulous back porch"

From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. "Beautiful cabin with civil war era details, plus modern kitchen & bath and nice washer/dryer. Cozy Gas fireplace! Easy contactless check-in and out. Amazing hosts thought of everything! All the essentials to get you started, including fresh eggs from the resident chickens! We enjoyed the deck and porch overlooking pond and horses in pasture. Grill on deck and a pond-side firepit with chairs. Wish we had more time in this peaceful, private, romantic place! In the country but still close to town for anything you need. And less than 30 easy mins to Nashville. Nice to get away from the crowds for awhile! We’ll be back!"

"What an adorable and fun place to stay! I have only good things to say about this place.I generally don’t read previous reviews because they can sometimes alter my own experience and I can honestly say that I’m glad that I did not take previous negative comments to heart when booking our stay here. This location is very unique! It’s a treehouse in the WOODS. There will be ants, moths, and spiders. All of these things should be there. If you love the outdoors, camping and adventures, and still want modern conveniences while getting to enjoy all of these things, this is the place for you.The hammock to chill out in while staring at the sky, the campfire to sit around and relax, the swing below the porch to swing on and watch your dogs explore nature and play in the leaves, the faux fireplace to keep you warm on those chilly nights, getting to watch the birds as they fly around the treehouse through the giant window that faces the woods while you sit in bed and enjoy a hot cup of coffee on a sunny morning, to name a few of the best features!Only 25 minutes to downtown and a super easy drive. We found Nashville to be such a dog friendly town and we were able to take them everywhere with us! Do not miss the opportunity to book this place. We seriously loved this place. "
