"The staff left my door ajar while I was away, I assume during cleaning. I left that morning and returned the evening around 5/6 pm so it had to have been propped open for quite sometime. When I addressed it with the front desk attendant she was very nonchalant and unbothered, and didn't seem to know how to contact management. I spoke to her twice about the issue, requested the manager contact me, left my information and never received a call, text, email or response. Although I cannot say anything bad about the cleanliness, or the room, it is very unsettling for my security to be threatened. Anyone could of been waiting in my room, my belongings could of been stolen and my safety compromised. UNSATISFACTORY!!!"
