"This little duplex is very cute. The dog-friendliness and location were the biggest draw for us, and it was very satisfactory on both accounts. Carly even provides plenty of furniture covers in case you forgot yours. The little yard was just right for potty breaks and afternoon zoomies (small dog owners will want to check the fence line before taking their dogs out, though, as there are some warped boards. The neighborhood was great for dog walking, as well. There is plenty of room for dog crates in each bedroom.This rental is more ideally suited for couples. The gathering spaces do not have enough comfortable seating for four people, though some may be comfortable sitting at the dining room table. Bring extra chairs if you enjoy sitting on the porch. The small kitchen is stuffed with appliances, pots, pans, etc.; you'll just need to negotiate cooking and prep times with each other. The refrigerator could have been more clean.The guest bedroom bed was too soft for us, but others may like that. The master was very nice. All of the linens were very nice!The guest bathroom shower is in need of repair or replacement, but it worked fine. The sink is huge.Overall, it's a very nice place for couples with dogs who want to be close to a beach."

"Deborah was an incredible host, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I stayed here for two months during an internship at Mayo Clinic, and the location made my daily commute easy. Being a short drive from the beach was a huge plus as well. The place was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with all the essentials for a multi-month stay (full kitchen / washer & dryer / TV / WiFi) Deborah was more than happy to accommodate me if I needed anything extra. She was consistently kind and attentive, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay in the area!"

"This place was so nice, clean and spacious. We had an issue with the poolPump not working causing an unclean pool, I reached out and they had the pool company there working on it within 30 minutes to take care of it and we were able to enjoy the clean pool within 24 hours! Highly recommend this place!"
