"We had a great stay after one unfortunate first night. On the first night we could not get hot water for a shower. Upon calling the front desk we were informed we had to keep the shower handle at “4-5 o’clock” position? The desk staff came to our room and eventually got warm weather. During the evening, I went to use the bathroom sink. I was then unable to turn the water off and manually turned it off under the sink. We asked for another room and were told it would be an additional $1,167. We said no thank you. We then had some electrical issues and complained again and were transferred to another room on the other side of the hotel. That room was perfect and we had no further issues and a pleasant stay. Request a room on the north side of the hotel."

"Deborah was an incredible host, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I stayed here for two months during an internship at Mayo Clinic, and the location made my daily commute easy. Being a short drive from the beach was a huge plus as well. The place was very clean upon arrival and fully stocked with all the essentials for a multi-month stay (full kitchen / washer & dryer / TV / WiFi) Deborah was more than happy to accommodate me if I needed anything extra. She was consistently kind and attentive, and I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a short or long-term stay in the area!"

"This place was so nice, clean and spacious. We had an issue with the poolPump not working causing an unclean pool, I reached out and they had the pool company there working on it within 30 minutes to take care of it and we were able to enjoy the clean pool within 24 hours! Highly recommend this place!"

"We had a great time at the house. Master bedroom the mattress was great. 2nd bedroom, mattress was decent 7/10, pretty good. Multi-head custom Shower in Master was awesome. It was loaded with all the things we needed for cooking spices, etc.Location was great, 10 mins to public Beach Access, 10 min to TPC Sawgrass. Minutes from anything you need."
