"It was a nice property. The most important things were good. The smaller details that up the quality of a property were lacking. There weren’t any luggage carts available when we arrived or when we were leaving. There weren’t any towels in the fitness center. I personally don’t like a shower with no door or a rainfall shower head because it decreases the water pressure but the bathroom was roomy and cute. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The price was reasonable. "

"This was a 3 story town home with 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom in a quiet residential area. When we arrived, the home was clean and there were sufficient towels and beach towels. They even provided coffee pods for the Keurig, which was an extra bonus. The town home was about a block from the beach with easy access. It is convenient to Trader Joe and Whole Foods plus numerous restaurant and less then two miles from Jacksonville Pier. The town home was equipped with beach chairs and a wagon plus two bikes, which I was excited about. The host was very good with communication. We enjoyed our stay."

"Great house. Friendly owners. Overall a fantastic stay for a great price. The only downside was the windows of the owners house aligned with the front yard of the rental house which was shown in the pictures. These windows however did not appear to have curtains this discouraged my boyfriend and I from hanging outside. Would definitely recommend staying though 9/10."

"My only suggestion would be to have an information binder available with information about local restaurants, shopping, entertainment etc. Obviously all this is available on our phones but having all in one place would be great. I especially appreciated the bed… very comfortable"
