"The location is great near the station if you want to go to into Venice or to other towns. It's also walking distance to centre of Mestre which is also worth a look. The breakfast was great for Italian standards and coffee was also good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was fine but would benefit from a little TLC. For the price I paid I was happy. "
"It’s not in the main city of Venice but if you would like to stay away from the crowd this is a good place. A lot of local restaurants to eat around and you are away from the tourists trap. Would recommend the hotel. "
"Wonderful hotel property with a comfortable, clean room, and nice location and surroundings. Thank you to the kind and helpful staff. Would stay again. "
"Reaĺly good hotel. Service was amazing. Restaurant was good albeit dined there twice and second time wasnt as good. Advertised spa ans massage facilities, including a brochure about treatments in my room, but the masseuse was on holiday and not available so that was disappointing. "
"We liked the neighborhood itself. Very close to bus stations, train station. So, basically you come from Mestre Train station and walk ≈10min. Hotel itself clean and nice. Breakfast is good (eggs, cornflakes, bread, cheese, ham). Very recommend it. "

Romanesque and Byzantine architecture meld together in the monumental façade of this superb basilica, which was built in the years following St. Anthony’s death.
Follow in the footsteps of former tutor Galileo at Italy’s second-oldest university and marvel at the very old permanent anatomical theater and botanical garden.
"Terrific location in Venice. Staff were very friendly and offered helpful information when inquired. Appreciated the convenience of staying in this part of Venice including the walkability to less crowded areas or staying on the main path around the city. Very easy stroll from the train station. "
"Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
"Fabulous experience in this beautifully restored monastery, only an 8 min walk from the bus terminal. It is close to a vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal, but it’s very quiet and off the busy thoroughfare. The staff was supremely friendly and helpful AND they include in the cost of lodging free luggage storage and probably the best breakfast we’ve ever eaten in our extensive travels. Did I mention that the bed was more comfortable than at home? Only regret is that we couldn’t have stay longer."
"we loved our stay here! it was only two days but the staff were so friendly and welcoming felt like home! i would highly recommend , the area was perfect and lots to do! close all main attractions and the vaperetto was right across so it was easy to get around !"
