"Such a pleasant stay after some dinky Italian and Spanish hotel rooms that were so small, when I was inside, I couldn’t even change my mind. Clean room, lotsa amenities, friendly staff, good bartender Andrea. "

"Not 5 stars. The maintenance is not on par for a 5 star hotel. My biggest complains are that the pool was closed and we didn’t know, and that I paid for a a room with a balcony and they didn’t have one. The receptionist said that it was Expedia’s fault that they didn’t specify that we had paid for a balcony. When I complained they offered me a ground level room with a patio with no views with no bathtub with an accessible bathroom next to the convention area where a party was taking place with a party going on…"

"The hotel is not equipped to handle a large number of people. Perhaps I was just unlucky, as there was a group of 80 students staying at the same time. Only two elevators were working and they were incredibly slow; I ended up taking the stairs to the 8th floor every time because it was faster. Between the noise and the fact that our bed wasn't even made upon arrival, I had several sleepless nights. Breakfast is also overpriced for what you get. On a positive note, the staff were very kind—except for the lady at breakfast, which was understandable given the crowd of teenagers."

"For the price per night it was an average hotel. The room was clean, however the towels and bedsheets are worn-down. The breakfast was crowded and with not that many options and they did not look too tasty. The sweets were decent."
