"Clean, comfortable room with excellent breakfast with great views of Padova from the 12th floor location of the restaurant. Helpful and pleasant staff."
"The staff were polite, courteous, and friendly. The location of the property is very convenient for the purpose of our visit, which was right next to the Basilica of St. Anthony. It was in a quiet area and easily accessible by public transit going to Venice. Another consideration was the availability of secured parking lot. The breakfast selection is excellent! Lots of variety, quick replenishment when the level was running low, and lots of room to move around despite the large number of guests.
The only disappointment was the smell in the room. Initially, the room that was given to us smelled smoke and when I complained about it, we were transferred to another room which smelled urine. Didn't bother complaining again as we were already tired and late for the church."
"Clean rooms and accessible areas of the hotel. Meals taken were well prepared and appetising. Overall staff were pleasant and cooperative. Two of the staff were however outstanding and actually have improved the rating of the hotel and service. The Maitre d’, Enrico, fulfilled his role with an easy competency and professionalism. His explanations of Italian lifestyle and culinary delights were a joy.
The acme of guest relationship was presented by the receptionist, Jessica. What a find she is for the Marriott group. She proved to be the ‘fount of all knowledge’. So helpful, so clear with directions, almost AtoZ like knowledge of the area and so descriptive of the best sights ares to visit both in and around Padua. It is a shame that Marriott haven’t found a position in a more tourist centred venue/position. It would also be a travesty if the Group failed to recognise the immense talents and intellect that Jessica has."
"Check-in is open until 11pm only, if you didn't book directly through their website, contact the hotel in advance and ask for your reservation number which will be needed for self check in. Free parking at a garage downstairs, but you need to get a room card first to open the gate. "
