We loved this house for its large amount of space (one bedroom is far removed from the others so my parents could be away from the street noise and the grandkids). We also found it to be a great central location for exploring the island each day. Parking lot just up the street was very convenient to park our rental car, and a small store was within walking distance with essentials. Plumbing is a bit rustic, but disposing paper in the trash cans was easy. Manuel was very communicative and helpful. We loved our stay!

If you are going to São Miguel Açores, stay here!

This is an incredible gem in a the treasure that is Açores. Manuel was the most gracious and accommodating host. Amazing communicator, quick with responsiveness to needs, very thoughtful and proactive and overall very cordial and kind. The home is an amazing flat with so much space, a ton of amenities and located in an excellent place on the island. If I ever make it back to São Miguel, this will be my preferred stay.

Good property

Difficult to find from information given but very helpful owners. The house was very spacious and a lovely back garden with bbq and plenty of outside furniture. The house is on busy road and the noise is noticeable except for the back bedroom and kitchen. The noise did subside during the night but morning and evening were busy. Lovely area to explore.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette maison au début août 2025. Nous étions 7 personnes, la maison est bien divisée chacun a son intimité. Les airs climatisés sont bien situés. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour. Manuel est très serviable et dévoué à notre bien-être. Il est un super hôte !
