Apartments in Ponta Delgada for Rent

"We stayed here previously in a suite which was not available on this trip. We had a studio which was nice, but on top floor If I was even 5 years younger it would have been fine. Helpful with parking our rental. There is some free parking close by but it is by luck until 5 pm. Costs €4 to park over 24 hours, which isn’t bad. Lots of great restaurants close by."

"We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "

"We were met by Tomas who answered all our questions and responded any time I texted him. The apartment is in prime condition and has every appliance you need. The view is better than the picture shows! We loved sitting and watching the waves around the rocks! It's a great location from which to tour the island in any direction. You will miss out if you don't stay here!"

"If you would like to experience the charm of Sao Sebadtiao neighborhood and feel the locals experience away from where all the tourists stay. The property had alot of the original character and feel of traditional Ponta Delgada. This property is best if you don't have a car and plan on exploring the city on foot mostly. Parking is currently a problem in this neighborhood but not impossible. "

"The property is centrally located. Walking distance to the City Centre. It is in a real neighbourhood, safe and friendly people. Close to grocery stores(small) and a gym. The views from every window and terrece are amazing rain or shine. Our host was amicable, responsive and helpful. A super host. The actual space is large and airy.
