It's like an apartment complex but then in an office building. With all the apartments you share 1 shower. But there is no way to call this a shower. It's a small tiny room and everything is dirty and completely wet. When you go in this room you directly step on completely wet towels that are on the floor. There is no place to put a dry towel, dry clothes or whatsoever. So you need to walk from your room to the shower room with as little stuff as possible because everything will be wet. Also to check in this hotel you need to contact the owner that lives in Portugal and you can only reach him on whatsapp. It takes around 30 minutes to get everything settled before you can go in. You need to pay for the parking, and the tourist fee but everything has to be arranged via whatsapp so it takes as long as the owner will decide to reply. If there was a normal shower room cleaned and well maintained then I would give this 3/5 stars. But since you can't even shower normally I give this place 1 star.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Planinka. The hotel was immaculately clean, with excellent attention to detail throughout. Its location, next to the church and the river, is beautiful, with stunning scenery all around. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel genuinely well looked after. I would most definitely recommend Hotel Planinka and would happily stay here again.

I paid for a double room and i was given a twin bed. But this was still not the real problem. It was August and I obviously booked for Air conditioning. When entering the room i saw only a Fan which was quite inadequate. Then the carpet smelt bad. You can imagine how the combination of these two aspects didn’t ensure any good rest at all at night. The position of the hotel is ok, especially if you are in the middle of a longer journey. And that was exactly our situation. One night was tolerable, more than One I would for sure have asked for explanations.

Please DO NOT GO to this place. Transportation delays so I arrived at 10:39pm. Ring the belll but nobody answered. Finally a guest open the door for me. No front desk, nobody to talk to. I payed the 7 euro fee and sent prive vía email and text waiting for access to the room. NOBODY GOT BACK TO ME. On top, their rule is that even if you payed for your room if you arrived after 12 at night they will no give you access and you lose your money even when they will forcé you to sleep on the street. In my case i got there 1:20 minutes before midnight but they didn’t give me access eitheir. I have to be in the phone with expedia from 12:20 through 6am until i got a new place to go. What i saw is very bad. Don’t go there!!!!!!!!!!
