「This was one of our most enjoyable stays during a recent vacation in the northeast. It is a very nice property with lots of nature trails and access to outdoor activities right at the entrance to the Mt. Washington auto road. They have a very nice back porch, restaurant, health and meeting facilities and outstanding staff. I provide my highest recommendation for this facility to those looking for a quiet restful holiday or meeting place in eastern NH.」

「I would recommend considering this property only as a last option. There were several issues during my stay in Room 22 that significantly affected the overall experience: 1. The wooden back support of the bed was broken. Whenever I leaned back against it with a pillow, it shifted toward the wall and felt unstable. 2. The bathroom sink had a severe water clogging issue. I had to call the attendant, and even after that, it was only managed temporarily. 3. The bed covers and blankets did not...

「I seriously can't overstate how amazing the staff here is, I made their lives way more of a hassle than it needed to be, but they never made me feel like I was being a burden. The first night I arrived I was super late getting in, but the lady at the desk was so kind to leave my room key in the front for me just to make sure that I wouldn't have any trouble getting in, in the event there was no-one there to assist me. 「The staff was polite and helpful. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The desk clerk had a bit of trouble finding my reservation at first, but eventually he found it. He informed me of all the amenities and thanked me for my booking. The room was adequate, although not as clean as I would have preferred.
