"This Vrbo is really just two single separate bedrooms. They were relatively clean and ready for us. What we didn’t know was the kitchen and bathroom at one time were communal spaces I believe for lots of people. Now they are for a few family members and the Vrbo occupants. Compost toilet was fine but the bathroom and kitchen areas hadn’t received TLC in a very long time. Rustic, yes, (careful on the road in!) - fresh air, quiet, beautiful - and communal spaces quite neglected. Not for the squeamish."

"Beautiful area and property is beautiful. Very rustic. Similar to tent camping because you walk to the bathroom which has one compostable toilet. Hosts were all very nice and friendly. Two very steep dips in driveway. Must not be high maintenance to stay here. A coyote was right outside of the place howling and yipping, and an owl was hooting ... Very unique experience."
