「My issue is that I paid for an upgraded room with a view and queen bed. I ended up in the basement with a double bed」

「Was very dated and not clean at all And our tub leaked the whole time and dripped was not a good experience at all !! Waste of money .」

「The smell of the lobby is obscenely too strong. I couldn't stay in the lobby it was causing me a headache. Other than that unpleasant experience, it was a fine stay.」
