"What can I say the stay at the hotel was stressless the only problem we had was air conditioning was not working but was fixed within an hour of we informed them this is the 2nd time staying and will definitely recommend and we will be going again next year thanks for a pleasant stay"
"We arrived late evening after 7pm, so it was much quiet and checked in fast. The breakfast selection was great, a lot to choose. The staff were helpful. The room was clean and bathroom/toilet was huge. To me the downside was there wasn’t no coffee/tea service in the room, have to get it from the cafeteria, I didn’t think anyone will go down to get coffee in their pyjamas in the morning. "
"It’s very quirky with a motel feel but it’s inside and its beautiful hallway is full of natural light & plants. The rooms are modern and cool. The welcome from Natalia was outstanding, she couldn’t do enough to ensure we were comfortable & ready for exploring Valencia. "We enjoyed our stay very much. Our air conditioned room was perfect during the unprecedented heat outside (37 degrees C) and the swimming pool facilities were great! Our bath area was a real highlight with marble walls and floor.
Ivan at reception was very nice to us and staff in the restaurant were very friendly. We enjoyed a lovely dinner the night before we left accompanied by live flamenco performance.
Location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to the metro and is well connected to main tourist attractions.
