「The owners are so friendly and helpful and want you to have a special stay, they enjoy what they do. The breakfast was fantastic in choice and quality and quantity. Our room ( room 1) was very spacious, comfortable, with amazing bathroom,( needed after camping) and I would stay again. It is very rural, so good 15 minutes drive to get an evening meal , which you should book. Lots of parking. We’d stay again」

「We stayed in February this year and the hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless and we had a huge bathroom. We just wanted a weekend away and it was perfect, we had a few ideas about what we wanted to do and where to eat but the hosts were really helpful with their suggestions. Saw lots of birds in the garden whilst we were eating our breakfast :) Thank you for a lovely stay. 」

「Fabulous stay at Cherrywood Lodge. Great location just 5 minutes walk into Looe and free onsite secure parking meant we were able to leave the car alone all weekend. Fantastic breakfasts every day - super choices and great freshly baked bread and home-made jam/marmalades. Hosts excellent. Room top notch - comfy bed/pillows - well furnished with sitting area and great ensuite facilities. Just a prefect getaway weekend - thank you Anne and Ralph for making us feel so welcome.」

「Beautiful building and location with a gorgeous outlook, and we loved the lounge and massive dining table for relaxing. Ben was a wonderful host with lots of interesting history, not least the renovation of the property! Breakfast lush, bed comfy, if we’re in the area again we’d love to come back. 」

Great breakfast (Martin's mushrooms) and not to be missed - inhouse bar for 6:00 drink. Our hosts couldn't be more helpful in providing details for local attractions / transport / dining options. Highly highly recommend for getaway with local feel.」
