Villa Can Pontico la Vall By SunVillas Mallorca

Villa with pool in a peaceful location in Pollensa:
Rural house, located at 3 km from the old town of Pollensa, on the road from Pollensa to LLuc, surrounded by mountains.

It was built on the traditional and majorcan rustic character with a surface of about 250 m2. It consists of 4 bedrooms ( 3 bedrooms with twin beds and 1 with double bed) and 2 complete bathrooms, lounge area, dining area with TV satellite, free WiFi fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Several furnished terraces and parking place. The air conditioning is provided into the bedrooms only.

The villa offers superb accommodation, including modern luxuries such as a swimming pool, gated pool, air conditioning in bedrooms, TV, internet access and central heating.

You can easily kick back and relax, making use of its barbecue.



NOTE: Central heating is is an extra cost, price per week is 210€ if is needed

Die Unterkuft ist traumhaft. Das Außengelände lädt zum Entspannen und Erholen ein und die Lage ist wunderschön. Mit zwei Familien und vier Kinder gabe es jede Menge Platz zum Toben, Spielen, Kochen und gemeinsam Zusammensitzen. Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
