It also has a dining area and a cozy living room with satellite TV to enjoy a movie or a good local wine.On the same floor, to the right of the living room, there is a room with two beds and a shower bathroom.Upstairs there is a small living room ideal for resting or reading a good book. On this floor there is a room with two beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower on one side, and a room with a double bed, which has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub as well as a shower.All rooms have hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the villa has air conditioning scheduled in all units from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.Other amenities include free WiFi, iron and ironing board, and private parking.The outdoor areas of the property are truly impressive.
