This is hands down the worst hotel I've booked till date. The pictures show clean rooms and a nice outdoor restaurant but that's not the case. When I arrived, the staff were horrible. They spoke with us as if we've never spent one night at any other hotel before. When we entered our rooms, it smelled. The bedsheets were dirty and no hot water! I paid for air conditioned rooms but they weren't working in 2 out of 3 rooms. I reserved 3 rooms for 7 people but they only provided us with 4 towels. When we requested for additional towels, they were never delivered. End of the day, we ended up spending 1 night there (only because we couldn't find another hotel). Since we booked from expedia, there's no way we would get a refund. I found another hotel, which was a lot better at the same price ($50/room/night). Had I known the condition of the hotel beforehand, I would have never agreed to pay for such a crappy hotel. I've learned a valuable lesson ($300 worth of lesson) from this experience. Don't book a hotel from a travel website when you are visiting Nepal. You have to check the rooms and facilities before making any payment. I wouldn't even give this hotel half a star and they should definitely not be listing their vacancy in Expedia or any travel websites.
