Special shout out to Manu, Nischal and Sujata at the front desk who were super helpful with all my needs like changing to a higher floor room, recharging my SIM card, arranging for airport transfer, etc. They served with excellence and professionalism. I would definitely return to Hotel Sarowar because of their exceptional service which is 5 star!"
