"For those of us who still have traditional tv.....cable or satellite, it's very difficult to figure out how to use the tv with Roku or Netflix or whichever. All I wanted was a tv guide and ended up watching Leave It To Beaver all night."
Charming home with direct lake access, close to town

"It’s all about the view! Watching the sun rise. The house is nice and beautiful. It is close to town and restaurants. Sit on the porch and enjoy coffee in the cool brisk morning or a glass of wine in the evenings. Kitchen had everything you need to cook."

"We usually visit Andy's Place in August but this year we didn't make it until October. No matter the time of year, it's still the same charming, cozy, and picturesque hideaway. Enjoyed the beauty of the fall scenery, the warmth of the Franklin Fireplace and the serenity of the pond. We appreciate our hosts, they are helpful and attentive and make it easy to enjoy our stay."

"We enjoyed our trip to Greenville with 4 other friends - loved the area - the color was peak and the house was so nice. It was too chilly to kayak, but we can see how this would also be a wonderful summer destination! Wide choice of restaurants downtown and two that were a short drive for a special meal - one couple had their anniversary dinner out at one of the them and raved about it.The house was very clean and organized, had an amazing close up view of Moosehead Lake, and was fully equipped. Our host was an excellent communicator when we had questions or concerns and responded quickly.A great house to spend family time or enjoy a friends’ group!"
