「I was on an plane from DFW to SLC, when she messaged me due to a double booking. I don't believe that was the cause. Not only was I in route, but my elderly father and mother (80's), sister from LA and other sister from Colorado. Talk about untimely and unprofessional, especially after already being paid in full. I would never do business with this person and would encourage everyone not to as well.」

「Lovely large basement apartment for our family get-together! The rooms were spacious, and our group of 7, plus two dogs, never felt cramped. The hosts were easily accessible through the app if we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful views of the mountains right outside our door! Would definitely recommend!」

「Lots of lovely towels, comfortable beds. Owner responsive when washer/dryer had no power not as positive when questioned about lack of kitchen essentials. There was not one item of ovenware. Not one item that could go inside the oven. No can opener, spatula to turn an egg ect. When I asked I was told that the description of kitchen essentials was provided. I disagree. I’ve stayed in hotel suites with better selection. Uncomfortable couches. Cushions fall right off. The photos showed a foos ball...

「Loved having plenty of king size beds for the party of guests at the house. Clean and organized. Enjoyed having waffle ingredients left for breakfast. Could use some extra hand towels and dish towels. Needed some upgraded pans and BBQ tools were lacking. But overall happy with our stay. Very responsive and helpful when we had questions.」
