"Owner and staff corrected all issues, and took the effort to make sure item was corrected, in one case, and conveyed in more detail in the other. The response was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again."

"Lights did not work in bathroom and neither did outlets. Made it hard to get dressed because very little lighting in room. No blow dryer No coffee pot. Staff was great. Construction still in process "

"The lady at front desk was pre occupied then she gave us a room that was already occupied had to go back downstairs she ask if I was 3 different customers name until I told her my name "

"Great stay! Only advice I would give is that luggage carts are not by front door. You may find a few at back of entry hallway in designated area or another floor. Also, ice is on top to floors. "

"I don’t like writing bad reviews. I vowed to never stay at aloft Katy mills again. But I did because I needed to be in the area. Stained carpet , table had some hard stuff on it. Ok I just wanted to sleep. The pillow cases had stains. Which is why I travel with my own pillow cases. I forgot to grab my pillow case Aloft is just a name luxurious is a feeling. You won’t get both but you will pay a premium "
