"This was our 4th time we have stayed at Posada real. We have always been treated very well. The reception staff is excellent particularly Danya who has geeted us on all our stops and is like meetng again a friend. This trip she assisted us in upgrading our room to a full ocean vew which was worth the reasonable extra cost. The kitchen wait staff was again just excellent, particularly oNuel who was very effieient. I must mention the trainee student Ingred. Ingred's beutiful smile brightened up many a morning. Over a number of stays we have not been disappointed. The facility is extremely well maintained, the pool is great and sitting on the beach watching the sunrise is also an excellent experiece. "We were upgraded to a one bedroom suite upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. The timeshare sales folks did try to get us scheduled for a 90 min appt the following morning which we politely declined and were never approached again. The rooms and the grounds are very clean. It is evident that the staff takes great pride in pleasing the guests. We would return to this property for sure!"

"Views were great, but the staff really made my trip amazing. They went above and beyond, everyone I interacted with was so friendly, patient, accommodating and attentive. They really try hard to remember your face and name which is amazing considering how many people were staying there. Food can be hit or miss; I enjoyed the breakfast buffet but the lunch buffet had some strange food. I preferred eating at the restaurants instead. It was also very convenient to have the cafe so I could get a cappuccino every morning. I will be coming back and will bring my family next time. "

"The property is in an excellent location… 5 minute walk to the beach, so close to shopping, restaurants etc. Very low key relaxed atmosphere, spacious well equipped rooms with very comfortable beds & pillows. The staff are all very friendly. The pool area is chill and the breakfast/ grab & go food / bar all really great. "

"Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous views with plenty of space for our family of 4, walkable to grocery, restaurants, beach, and there is a churro stand across the street (this alone would be a reason to come back). We were able to uber to many things, and our excursion was able to pick us up from our location. Pool was great, rooms were clean with plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. Communication with the management company was good, but not the best. The area had suffered a power outage, but only certain units were affected, but I couldn't get a hold of the company for several days."
