"Great location for shopping and site seeing the local tourist spots. If you don't mind walking 15 or so minutes you can wall to Puerta Del Sol, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market and the Royal Palace. The hotel and room were clean. All staff were very friendly. Free coffee and some fruit on the 5th floor. My main issue was the size of our room. We had a king size bed with barely enough floor space to walk around it. There was no place to put a suitcase except for on the bed. So every night it was the process of closing the suitcases back up and standing them against the wall by the door. Perhaps a queen or double bed would be a better fit in that size room."

"Heater was adequate. March is still cool. Restaurant for breakfast buffet was comparable to other 4 stars hotels and not crowded. Medium size hotel with fair room prices. Madrid Centro location was ideal for walking everywhere and everything I needed was available at one store or shop or restaurant/tapas bar nearby. When I wandered too far (lost amidst the meandering streets), taxis were usually nearby and fairly priced."
