There is also no elevator so if u have someone with limited mobility this place probably isn’t for you. 「I enjoyed my stay here with my family for my birthday week. Majority of the property was clean with the exception of the fridge which was potentially missed. The microwave was experiencing issues as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful compared with more populated areas such as San Juan. Overall, i really enjoyed my stay here and am clarifying my rating as a 4.1/5.0 and would recommend to others visiting the Isabela, PR area. Thank you so much for the hospitality!」

「Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this...

「 The property is located in a very good location, but it had so many cockroaches that we couldn't sleep or use the kitchen because the cockroaches were everywhere. I told the contact person and he didn't care at all. My daughters did not arrive when they found out about the plague that was in the apartment. Although it was not the intention, they never took responsibility and/or offered any compensation for the bad experience. In addition, it desperately needs a remodel, hotel price but it...

「We rented the full house for our family stay of 18 people. The house is so spacious! Very clean with nice added touches when we arrived like flowers on the towels. The house had everything we needed and then some! Communication was always very easy and any questions or concerns were always answered promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!」

「It was kinda hard to find especially coming in at night time. We found it eventually. The one thing I would recommend to the owner is once you give the code to get in you should allow the guest to change while they are staying. It was hard to sleep not knowing who had the code. Fix the sliding the door lock… Otherwise it had everything you needed and we were in the middle of everything food beaches stores! Real Authentic stay!」

「The beachfront condo was absolutely beautiful. It was cozy and very clean. My friend and I (2 females) traveling alone felt very safe at the condo. The terrace was stunning and we spent a lot of time out there looking towards the beautiful water. We enjoyed our vacation🏝️ Thank you for sharing your little piece of pardise with us.」
