"Seamless process from start to finish, Alex was always on hand and helpful when required. The only comments to be made which should be noted, is that the neighbour has a dog that seems quite lively most mornings and there is some ongoing works next door which was noticeable on a couple of occasions, but either way it did not spoil the time spent, fantastic location, views and a lovely villa all round.
