「AVOID AT ALL COSTS - we arrived at this hotel couldn’t find any staff, I wondered around and found a cleaner who checked us in she called the reception staff on the telephone who gave her the key code, so no actual greeting. Didn’t see staff the whole time after this on our 5 day stay, no clean towels or sheets. There was a leak in the sink, the bathroom light was like a strobe light it flickered on and off the whole time. The shutter was broken so we couldn’t open the shutter room was...

「The staff were all so friendly and attentive! The hotel was incredibly clean and stylish and well laid out. The detail in the smaller things were great such as the complimentary toiletries packages and the welcome treats due to a birthday celebration. We loved all the different live music performances around the hotel. Having plenty of beds to choose from on the beach and by the pool was great to see - with no ‘bed wars’. Have already recommended this place to a number of friends / family....
