「Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel, sobre todo la limpieza, la amabilidad de las personas que nos han atendido y su buena disposición, un entorno espectacular. El desayuno no era demasiado variado, pero suficiente. Si tengo que decir algo que no me ha gustado del alojamiento es el olor tan desagradable que hacía el baño a sumidero y el ruido del ventilador cada vez que encendíamos la luz del baño. Supongo que debido a la humedad de la isla la corrosión empieza a hacer huella en el hotel, además...

「Excellent hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Close to local restaurants and the beach. Public transport also easily accessible, main but station about 15 min walk for access into Alicante. Overall, we loved our stay at the Narcea Hotel and would use again for Santa Pola.」

「空港近くでここしか空いていなかったので、利用しました。 学生寮のような感じと思えばいいと思います。清潔で寝るだけなら全く問題ありません。 何より安いので文句は言えません。 周辺にちょっとしたカフェやレストランあり。」

「Very small room, no fresh air available, but only stayed one night before a flight. Thin walls, could hear everything next door.」

「Another fine stay, Hostal wouldn't warrant a stay of more than a few days, but really good for early departures from Alicante/Elche airport, or late arrivals, though make sure you have your details as it's automated check in later on.」

Sehr laut und hellhörig, laute Klimaanlage in der Kapsel, die Türen der Kapsel konnten trotz Verriegelung geöffnet werden, kleine Spinte, keine sauberen Bäder und keine Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Das einzig Positive war die schnelle Anbindung zum Bahnhof. 3 Tage schlechter Schlaf! Nie wieder!」

「We have stayed here many times, it has been a few years since being back ! I would say that they have let the complex deteriorate somewhat and its standard has certainly been lowered! Sad we really liked it here. Unfortunately we have planned and payed for another night before we fly out. Could be the last stay we have here, you really need to look at what you aren’t doing for your customers.」

「Very nice hotel! It looks modern, sleek, clean. Staff was always helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is in the middle of a business/Industrial site, still nice and no noisy. Alicante and Elche are about 20-25 minutes away. They provided boxed water in the room which was nice. Breakfast was consistent and good quality. The only thing is that they closed their pool area at 8pm, and it is spring/ summer time! Sun is still out and hot ;) We were a group of 9, I would stay again!」

「Abbiamo prenotato per un solo giorno,la camera è semplice spaziosa pulita,il bagno nuovo pulito,la biancheria profumata,abbiamo prenotato ,pur essendo arrivati in anticipo ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli e ci hanno dato la stanza in anticipo rispetto a quanto avrebbero dovuto,molto gentili. Ci torneremo」

「Let me start with the positives: the hotel is conveniently located, close to the beach and a short walk from town. The lobby is beautifully decorated which gives it a nice first impression. Having said that, we had a very poor experience at this hotel for a few reasons. The rooms are tiny so don't expect much comfort or luxury. They ticked most boxes for a 4 star hotel by doing the absolute minimum: most amenities are there, but crammed into a space the size of a caravan. But the worst part was...
