「Conveniently located in the center of Playa de Palma. Nice and friendly staff. Close to the airport and also to Palma city center.」

「The almost constant noise (like a crying human voice) probably from water pipes left me sleepless one night (in the room 22 on the ground floor). This problem should be dealt with as urgently as possible, since it might damage otherwise good reputation (friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location just across from main bus stops) of this hotel.」

「Zeni at the reception is a lovely lady who I had a nice chat with on arrival. The room I was given was a good size and was on the 4th floor with a large balcony facing the pool. I also had a fridge in my room which was really useful. The brunch was excellent. The only issues I had were a strange smell in the bathroom and the lack of soundproofing which meant I could hear the girl in the next room speaking loudly on her phone early in the morning.
