"property fairly new and accommodations were nice. Beds were very nice. Felt like we had most of what we needed, but local family did bring additional things (pots, folding table, etc) with them. Living room and seating a little limited for the number of guests the house indicates they accommodate - but we made due with kitchen chairs, portables. Host was great and very responsive. My family had a great time and pleased with the house and location with reasonable access to to downtown. "

"This property was clean, comfortable and convenient to so many great shops and restaurants! The open living/dining/kitchen area was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed sitting around the outdoor fire pit on the back deck. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed for a great weekend. The two parking spaces at the property are stacked and kind of steep, but there is plenty of easy parking on the street in front of and behind the house. On our walk to the mall on Saturday we stumbled upon two amazing farmers markets then enjoyed shopping and a delicious lunch at the mall. The drive to the wineries was easy and scenic. The host provided clear instructions in advance and was friendly and professional in all communications. I highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Charlottesville. "

"10/10 stay! Clean, spacious suite rooms. Very kind, professional staff. Some rooms are pet-friendly, which I needed for this trip. Walkable to the downtown outdoor mall area which was great. Good continental breakfast. Would 100% recommend and would definitely stay again! "
