プランテーション ポイント ホテル

「No one at the front desk when I tried checking in, waited for her. No one for check out. The breakfast was cereal, bagel and fruit. Location is good.」

「Clean room and breakfast was great!」

「Good price for the room」

「Excelente」

「They're in the process of remodeling. The room was very clean, just som little things that need repair. I would stay again, the staff was super. They have a small continental breakfast, good coffee and again super friendly. I even got cash back for checking out early.」

「Everything is top drawer」

「I tried the King Loft room. Don't use this unless you like climbing stairs, or have somebody sleeping on the sofa. Upstairs has the bed and the bath, but no closet space. Room itself was clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water! I'd like to see them have a Keurig unit so I could bring my own coffee. Have to mention the breakfast. They had it out early, before 6am, and everything was hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Had an issue with the A/C and...

「The shower had low pressure.」

「The bed was so comfortable. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was good and had options. The location was very close to places we wanted to go. The things The things we didn't like were The tv had very few channel choices and no guide channel. The bottom cabinets had loose and missing hinges. The chairs in the room were visibly dirty. The carpet even though it had been vaccumed had spots and looked like it needed cleaning.」

「Pool bar staff were amazing, especially Deja who was there our entire stay. The young guy who worked the beach shack was extremely friendly also..just dont remember his name. Marketplace was underwhelming..so much empty space that could be utilized with more retail items, grab n go food items, etc. Overall enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back.」

「After a booking mixup on what Expedia had listed & what the property details were.. we were happily surprised that the staff & GM made an exception for our reservation. Everyone was very helpful, room was great, clean, great outdoor spaces & easy beach access.」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had a lovely view of the ocean, and the pool was very nice. Every employee we came into contact with was very friendly and welcoming. Location is great. The only negative was that we couldn't connect to our apps on the tv despite it being a smart tv.」

「The bedrooms were spacious and well designed. There were 5 of us and we did not feel crowded. The breakfast had good options」

「Annoying sound, like a click on the TV furniture, every 2 or 3 seconds, everything else is perfect.」
