"The room smelled like fresh cigarettes. There were stains on the carpet, on the bed and the lamp. Every single piece of furniture was visibly dirty. The towels that were provided were dirty and had hair on them. We had to go buy our own towels, cleaning supplies and air fresheners. To top it all off, there was a lipstick kiss stain on our door.
