「エクスペディアに載っているホテルの電話番号が違っていました。ホテルというよりは、むしろゲストハウスであった。2日に1回の清掃がない日にトイレットペーパーがなくなり、補充を依頼したら、「自分たちで購入して！」と言われたのはいかがなものかと思った。」

「Everything was wonderful except the Beach in front of the property... We contacted the resort ahead and asked about the sargassum seaweed condition on the beach and we did not receive an answer.. so we were already expecting there to be some sargassum seaweed... What we weren't expecting is the garbage washed up on the beach with the sargassum... The beach was very tiny and I'm assuming could have been easily cleaned in a few hours.... It wasn't clean when we got there and the same garbage and...

The only thing we did not like was the pool area is small (only 8 loungers) and right beside the restaurant & open air kitchen which can be loud if you are trying to relax. Also, not much of a beach area to speak of.」
