「Bathroom was on the small size and security at the hotel was high and my husband found this on the excessive side at times. Staff were excellent & very comfortable bed & good air conditioner」

「Yes, room was extremely clean, the staff were very courteous, breakfast that was included was freshley prepared.」

「'The boss' and the other male at reception were welcoming. However the other staff members were not. Iam English speaking I feel they could have tried even a smile. Wifi and aircon good Its safe there is security at night. Feel they should have cleaned my room once in the 4 days I stayed there. That they provide free shuttle should be taken down from travel sites because you pay 5000xfo each way.」

「You can write: **“I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the property was well maintained. 「Dear Management On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link,  I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025. Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay. I am therefore requesting a full refund of my paid reservation in the amount of 208,26 € Please...
