"What a fantastic property! Having never been to Barcelona before, we were “green” as to where to stay. The Gràcia quarter was amazing and this hotel is at the heart of it all. Located right next to a central square full of shops and restaurants, the area comes alive in the late afternoon in to the evening. Families out just living life! "We absolutely loved everything about this place. There was a lot of room for our 3 teens and us. The rooms were clean, modern and very well kept.

"The rooms were expected to be ready by 3:00. However, of our 4 rooms, one was not ready until after 4:00. Not a big deal usually except we had been traveling overseas and were needing to get some rest. The doorman was very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Staff was very pleasant."
"The hostel was actually very nice. I do want to give a shout out to both Marta and Alex. Marta was outstanding. She was probably the best customer service person I have ran across in a very long time. Alex is just as awesome. There were a few issues though I had asked twice to have the Lock on the bathroom door fixed, and I was totally ignored. So that was a problem. The other issue was the Internet. I could not get it to work the entire time I was there. One of the other reception person tried to blame it on the iPhone, which was nonsense. So unfortunately, I did not have Internet the entire time I was there. The last issue is that I could hear everything from my neighbor when they were talking, bathroom, laughing. It was disgusting. There was no privacy whatsoever. I heard every word they said from there room that’s how thin those walls were."
