We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive—nothing was ever too much trouble, and they genuinely made us feel valued throughout our visit.

Breakfast was a good spread. The cable car was delightful. The wellness area is quite dark and the swimming pool not suitable for children. The cleaning was not great with dead flies on the windowsill, random piles of sheets left in the room and no clearing of teacups. Trams and metro are nearby and lots of shopping and food options. It was fine.

The room was clean, a little tight for 10 days , but most are. Staff was great. Breakfast everyday included was fantastic. There was a nice bar. Best feature was that it is in old town . You were only minutes to the town square and the Charles Bridge. We loved it
