Front desk check-in / out needs more staffing.
Room / condo was as described. Not the view as depicted.
Informed the front desk both the sink and shower drain were very slow and needed attention.
Had breakfast at the bar restaurant. Very good and reasonable priced.

Le personnel n'est pas au service des clients. Arrivé complétement farigué à l'hôtel on me dit que ma reservation n'apparait pas et on m'a tout simplement et littéralement mis dehors, avec certes de plates excuses mais aucune aide, aucune solution. Le problème vient d'eux et d'expedia, les conséquences ...
