"Front desk staff Stacey is super professional & polite. She is always makes us feel like a addition family when I visit. They are super respectful & helpful when you bringing your service animal. The place is older & hasn't been updated nor renovated within this decade. Breakfast is very disappointing. Food is dry, pancakebatter is chunky, coffee is burnt, . The person that assist with breakfast isnt polite, and rushes people to move. Zero courtesy for those who eat close to breakfast being over. Instead throwing away food they should encourage guest to eat and relax.. All or any bread related produce were frozen and than they place it out. House keeping and maintenance are also super friendly & respectful!"

"Everything was good but the property is outdated at the least the one room we stayed at. Breakfast was great but we did not do the evening drink Parking is pricy like $40 compared to the public parking which was only $25"

"My granddaughter and I enjoyed ourselves we went swimming the pool was nice and clean we also relaxed in the jacuzzi we had a nice Vacay!!!! Kudos to the staff👍"

"Would definitely stay here again. Very clean room, Arman & Shadow were very nice at front desk, parking is free and lots of it, and the morning breakfast and coffee was hot and tasty. Five Stars for Holiday Inn Xpress, American Canyon, CA !"
