「My family had a great stay in this condo. It was clean and organized. There was plenty of room to spread out. We liked the pools and basketball court. We enjoyed being close to all the action so we could easily dash back to the condo to drop off an item, or pick up a forgotten item, or change clothes before the next adventure. The kids liked the fooseball game a lot and would have liked the video games if we had spent more time in the condo. Thanks for a great place to stay. 」

「We loved this unit and will be back! Spacious, comfy, good A/C during the heat wave, super clean and well appointed. 」

「We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed the condo. The beds were so comfortable!The only suggestion i would give would be offer a few more hot pads and kitchen towels. We saw several black bears and enjoyed watching them. We even saw a momma bear and 3 cubs. 」

「The condo is perfectly situated at the park end of the Gatlinburg strip. We walked over and ate at Smoky Mountain Brewery (our longtime favorite), Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, and Cumberland Jack’s LeConte Kitchen and then spent some time people watching. We were just a short drive away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the GSM park. The property was clean and updated. It was cozy but there was room for the three of us. 」

「We loved the place! Very comfy and easy to get to with the owners great directions. 15 min down the mountain to all shopping and food and things, another 10-15 into pigeon forge. Pretty easy to find things to do. Would definitely stay again! Pool was great, two hot tubs, very well kept! 」
