「Stayed 3 nights with my family visiting Dollywood check in was excellent master bathroom didn’t have much water pressure. Room was clean and had plenty of room. Outside and the building could use some updating otherwise great place!」

「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the property was well maintained. It was just a quick 10 minute drive down the mountain to be right in town. We even got to see a few bears a coyote and some wild...

「Place could have been cleaner, wood floor turned out feet black from walking on it. There was a lot of dust. The plug ins are loose in the bedrooms so it hard to charge your phone. Everything was nice though otherwise. One thing we noticed was there was no toaster or oven pans/ baking sheets. Great location.」

「The condo was very clean. The jacuzzi didn’t work. Be cautious about the free tickets associated with the property. We did get a free ticket to Dollywood each day, but not the Titanic.」

「Its definitely smaller in person. But we were only there at night to sleep. Cleaning crew needs to be reminded of how to clean. Was offered for someone to come clean but we were exhausted and prefer people not come in when we're not there. The bed was comfy. 」
