"We had a hard time getting into the hotel… front door was locked so it tells you to press video intercom. We probably waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone came to open the door. Check in and out was easy. The area is less than desirable and the price is probably too costly for what it is. Basic dated rooms. Almost dangerous stairs to walk up (they’re raised and bowing?). I did see something about renovations but I didn’t see any. For a place to lay your head at night I suppose it’s sufficient. Lock your car doors and don’t leave anything visible. It’s that type of area. "

"Staff were welcoming on arrival. Although not their fault, the unhoused population who came through the doors and asked another staff person doing maintenance if there was a pop machine available made us question safety at this location as the maintenance person pointed them down the hall to the machine. Then then loitered in the parking lot for a bit. The clerk ensured us that the doors are locked at night. While we waited for an uber to pick us up out front another patron checking in advised that his vehicle was broken into the prior year at this hotel. Difficult situation and not the hotel's fault but securing access 24/7 until the situation is resolved would make us feel safer about choosing this location in the future. Most likely will stay somewhere else when needing accommodation in the area. The room was clean and quiet. We didn't take part in the continental breakfast offering but it appeared quite full when we left."

"This is not a single family home . There are permanent residents downstairs and the walls are paper thin . Additionally the two fireplaces do not work .This place is very tired . Missing lights in closets , bathrooms and kitchen . The towels in bathroom were old and between the four of us there was one old facecloth . We inquired about more and they dropped off a pkg of cleaning clothes to use as face clothes . The couches and chairs were not clean and there was mold and rot in the bathrooms along with cob webs . The dishes were fine but the frying pans and cookie sheets were filthy and old and could barely cook eggs as they were so old everything stuck . The beds were ok and bedding was clean . Two of the three beds were pretty hard and needed a step ladder to get up on them . It needs to be painted and windows cleaned … not an appealing place to hang out . We were very disappointed as the pictures looked fantastic . It’s on a very busy road and traffic was loud all night . Unfortunately we will not be back . "

"This booking was cancelled. We had bought the cancellation insurance but have not received a refund as of yet. The place was not large enough to house two adults and a child. I am over 80 and was confused by the fact that it said children were welcome, not realizing that the child had to be one of the two it was rented for. Sylvia"

"Beautifully done suite. Nice and cozy with lots of space. The couch is quite stiff and uncomfortable so I relaxed in the comfy bed"

"Clean, modern spacious suite in a nice residential neighbourhood close to shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Full kitchen with everything needed including coffee for the mornings! Would definitely stay there again."
