"I stay at this hotel all the time and usually have a great stay. This time the room air conditioning unit was so loud that sleep was limited."

"I found this hotel to be extremely clean. The recently renovated rooms were well done, spacious, and accommodating for families with young or teenage kids. Parking was decent, but unfortunately, they close their outdoor pool in the fall. However, they do have a small hot tub in this tiny little room,which I found a bit frustrating. Everyone tries to use it, and with kids jumping in and out, it’s very loud and echoes. Thankfully, our room was away from it and we couldn’t hear it. The breakfast was very well organized. The staff was happy and kept everything full. There were many great choices."

"Pool was warm and fun for the kids. Hot tub was relaxing. The house has an open uncluttered concept and is warm and inviting.We loved it!!"

"Area is not the greatest, it’s very loud outside the room from the traffic on the road. The staff at check in was rude and abrupt. The room was unsafe because the dead bolt was bent and falling out of the wall. The door to the hotel room was uneven at the top allowing for the hallway light to shine into the room and noise from other people going in and out of their rooms to be heard loudly from inside my room. "

"This is not a single family home . There are permanent residents downstairs and the walls are paper thin . Additionally the two fireplaces do not work .This place is very tired . Missing lights in closets , bathrooms and kitchen . The towels in bathroom were old and between the four of us there was one old facecloth . We inquired about more and they dropped off a pkg of cleaning clothes to use as face clothes . The couches and chairs were not clean and there was mold and rot in the bathrooms along with cob webs . The dishes were fine but the frying pans and cookie sheets were filthy and old and could barely cook eggs as they were so old everything stuck . The beds were ok and bedding was clean . Two of the three beds were pretty hard and needed a step ladder to get up on them . It needs to be painted and windows cleaned … not an appealing place to hang out . We were very disappointed as the pictures looked fantastic . It’s on a very busy road and traffic was loud all night . Unfortunately we will not be back . "

"Absolutely lovely spot to stay when in the Langley area. We travel with 3 kids and had plenty of space for everyone here. The host was very communicative and helpful when we needed it (we got a little lost). We'd definitely stay here again!"

"This booking was cancelled. We had bought the cancellation insurance but have not received a refund as of yet. The place was not large enough to house two adults and a child. I am over 80 and was confused by the fact that it said children were welcome, not realizing that the child had to be one of the two it was rented for. Sylvia"

"Clean, modern spacious suite in a nice residential neighbourhood close to shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Full kitchen with everything needed including coffee for the mornings! Would definitely stay there again."
