「Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας. 」

「Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

「別の地でKempinskiには何度か宿泊したが、全て快適で会った（料金はそれなりに安価とは言えないが）。今回も期待に沿うものであった。　街の中心部からはやや離れているが、散歩がてらと思えば十分に徒歩圏内。　Winter sports 目的の場合にはropewayに隣接しているので理想的。　駐車料金無料。」

「Very good included spa facilities. Good to have an on-site ski shop and shuttle bus. Dining facilities and food were very good, breakfast was tasty and in plentiful supply and variety, the half board evening meal was excellent - particularly the deserts. Convenient nearby parking. Staff generally polite and helpful. Room facilities like safe and fridge were welcome. However we would have liked to have had ordinary (black) tea and milk in the room and maybe hot chocolate sachets and a coffee...

「We (three adults) stayed in a two-storey mezzanine room and it was the perfect accommodation for our ski holiday. There was plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs with a sofa that pulled into a sofa bed, bathroom, a separate toilet and wardrobes downstairs and upstairs too. We had a balcony with amazing views of the mountains. The decor of the room and whole hotel is lovely, very cozy and feels very ski-esk. Breakfast was included too which includes cold and hot food. 「We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Our 2- bedroom apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen had sufficient amount of utensils and plates. We brought our own coffee machine, if we had not, there would not be a way for us to make our own coffee (we prefer it first thing in the morning, before dressing to go for breakfast to the restaurant).
