"Old outdated and they charge you for parking yet you get stuck parking in a unsecured lot across the street. Will not be staying there again ever"

"The best things were the location and the first front desk person after that nope. Couch cushions had what looked crap stains on them and the breakfast was very minimum. The last morning I was there we were waiting for the breakfast crew to put plates out and refill food waited 30 minutes we were wondering who ran as no me was at front desk or walking around refilling stuff. A lady had walked over to a gentleman in the corner deep in his phone when she asked if he worked there, then she had to ask him to refill the breakfast and put plates out this was 830a-9a we didn’t really eat the breakfast cause we had no plates to eat on and nothing out to eat and was well before 10a I appreciated the location more than anything but would find another hotel as we felt like we were last thing anyone wa Ted to help wish we had the First Lady helping but oh well "

"While being on the second floor is nice as far as being able to hit the stairs if the elevator is to long of a wait, the view of the beach was obscured by the palm trees and and few other things. All in all it was a great pleace to stay and if you have issues they take care of it in a timely manner. "

"When we first got there we had a little difficulty but the lady who i communicated with Lyn Burnette was absolutely amazing. I came from Illinois down to the beach with the kids and she made sure everything was in place for us. Our room was nice overlooking the pool and the beach. They had good food and drinks pool side and the security always made sure everyone was taken care of even more during spring break. Would come back to this resort. "

"The location is pretty great! You’re not far from major restaurants, ice cream shops, donut shops & activity sites. Another plus is Walmart is literally a block away. You’re directly beside Pineapple Willie’s. Which is fantastic, but it does cause for high traffic congestion in that one specific corner. My husband & I had no issues, just something to be aware of. The condo was absolutely perfect. I searched high & low for a small place as it was for our honeymoon (we didn’t need anything big). Amazing views, friendly staff, clean condo & facility. There are chairs provided to use on the beach (GREAT TOUCH!!), pots, pans, coffee mugs (lifesaver), tons of trash bags, keurig, actual coffee pot, full size stove & fridge with an ice maker!One thing I appreciated so much was the scented wallflowers everywhere and the fresh flowers. It also looks like guests buy things, don’t need to take them back home so the useable things are left behind for others that need it. Certain things I didn’t think about packing, like dish soap.. it really came in handy. LOL! Annette was wonderful! Her rules aren’t overwhelming, and she’s readily available any time should you need her! We will definitely be coming back! "
