"Mostly OK, but the bathtub, tiles and faucet need to be replaced. Also, there is no traction when standing in the tub. It was slippery and with no grab bars, so I was praying I didn't fall.Also, having to put your own sheets on was very inconvenient. The mattress pad was stained (ewww), so that should be replaced.The AC was great, and the room was quiet."

"This was place was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was about a 10 minute walk to the beach but it is an easy walk. The check in process was very easy, we just used the code sent to us by the host. We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the balcony. The only slight inconvenience is that there is no parking on the property."

Things I would have liked to have known in advance - I would let renters know the amount of stairs to climb - and I would also mention that the 3rd Queen bed is an air mattress (We thought it was a pull out bed.) Overall, fantastic place!!!"
