We welcome your furry friends to our home! There is a $195 pet fee per pet, Please make sure not to leave them unattended when you leave them at the house alone--cages are preferred. We are unable to accommodate cats due to the owner's severe allergy. Appreciate your understanding!

◦ 3RD BEDROOM
The casita is available for booking 3 guests and up.

◦ THINGS TO NOTE:
Fenced yard: Not fully fenced
Cell phone coverage: NO cellphone coverage
Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: Dirt roads but capable of low riding cars if taken slow
Outdoor Surveillance: There's an exterior camera facing the driveway for your safety.

◦ Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

◦ Authorized early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 per hour

◦ Additionally, any unauthorized late check-out beyond the 15-minute grace period will incur a $100 fee

◦ Items left behind will incur a minimum return shipping fee of $50, depending on the shipping address


◦ RULES:
Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

◦ SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house or within 10ft. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

◦ Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet or room is restricted. If forcibly entered you could be held liable for any unaccounted for item.

Hot tub: Our team is actively working to replace and repair necessary parts to ensure the hot tub is functioning optimally. Due to the nature of the required repairs and the delivery of specialized components, hot tub is currently unavailable at the moment.

◦ Hot Tub/Pool:
Hot Tub Use: Please avoid using the hot tub immediately after it’s been serviced, as chemical levels are temporarily elevated. We have weekly pool cleanings, this day may fall on your stay and your cooperation will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
No drinking in the hot tub, please.
Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance.

◦ Photoshoots & Video:
No un permitted photoshoots or videoing at the home. If you would like to use our home for those purposes please send us a message. Any unauthorized filming will result in a $5000 violation and production fee.
