「I was skeptical of this property because it was priced so affordabably. We were pleasantly suprised to arrive and find a recently renovated property that was cleaner than many higher end chain hotels. There rooms had everything they promised, and some of the furniture is older, but the beds are comfortable and all the bedding and towels seemed new and very clean. We didn’t hear any noise during our stay. It was a great value for us. 」

「I contacted the hotel when I returned home from my trip with a terrible smell in our room. We realize the next morning that the hotel room 303 had terrible mold in the closet. They have refunded me half of my money and told me that I had to contact you to receive it. Can you please help me with that? Darlene」
