「Even from before we booked this location, Dennis provided excellent communication from the start. The home was clean and provided everything we asked for and then some. The four bedrooms worked out amazingly well, and even the singles were comfortable. Our family enjoyed an extended weekend fishing on the lake and enjoyed time in the home. The pool was closed at the time we visited so we can't provide info there. But, we couldn't have asked for more. We would love to come back!」

But.....when I actually walked into the space and saw how much room there was, I was extremely (and pleasantly) surprised! Full size washer and dryer, single cup coffee maker, aa adequate sized shower. A great bed. It was very comfortable and plenty big enough. 「This was a perfect spot for me to stay during the week between my SFA student’s concert and move-out. WiFi was great for my work-from-home computer, flat was cozy and had everything I needed, and it was an easy walk to campus. Loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and watching birds and squirrels in the little park across the street. Will definitely stay again!」

「The place was nice only a few things that surprised us. No stove and it is smaller than what we thought. I liked having our own entrance and patio area.Great for dogs! I recommend for parties of 2 and small dogs. Owners are awesome available if we needed anything and you didn’t know they were there if you didn’t. Enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!」

「We used Prancing Horse Estates for a staff retreat and couldn't have been more pleased! The house was spotless and spacious and equipped with everything we needed. I was texted several times to ask if there was anything we needed. We spent a lot of meeting time outside in the pool and hot tub, which was fabulous.
