"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. "We traveled with two toddlers, so just going to list items from that perspective. Water park: 8/10. There were a variety of pools (i.e heated pool with water slides, splash pad for infants, water splash area of children, etc). They were open from 9am-9pm. Only thing that was an inconvenience is both days we went to the pool: towels were a 30+ min. wait: would recommended bringing your own. Hotel room: We had 1 king size bed and a pull out couch with a balcony view. The place looked spacious, however pull out couch was uncomfortable and just used it as a sofa. The balcony space was so small and the actual "view" was a side of another building. Wouldn't recommend splurging on that. Food: "Room service" is really placing an order of the surrounding restaurants in the hotel. There's an app you can use, but it wasn't working for us and when we called the front desk. The restaurant was so busy, no one was picking up. So I just went down to go place the order myself and brought it back to the hotel room. Otherwise, we recommend going out from the hotel and get Benny and Hash for breakfast (their loaded hashbrowns are SOOO delicious and they're about 15-20 min away from the hotel). other amenities: small arcade area for older kids (but you have to pay money). Would be nice to have a small indoor play area for littles. biggest inconvenience: Elevator waiting time. Around check out (11am) people were waiting 45 min+ for an elevator. Plan ahead for sure or use stairs!"

"We love this hotel! It’s kinda ducked away! It feels like you are at a resort! The staff is amazing! The restaurant they have has amazing food! You do t have to leave to find anything to eat! We love this hotel and come here often for our small get aways! It’s close to so much also!"

"We visited July 4th holiday. The hotel had no special plans of which we were made aware. There were no vans or shuttles to area events, nor did the staff seem knowledgable or helpful regarding information about nearby activities. They were polite, nice and professional with many people asking similar questions and then walking away discussing amongst ourselves how little they knew or could help. This is a management issue, not an employee concern. Management could have, at the very least, printed maps of activities within walking distance and times, if they were not going to offer shuttles. There was also confusion among several guest mixing up this hotel with another that was hosting a guest party and shuttles."

"Our family had an absolutely unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The pools are simply breathtaking—beautifully designed, crystal clear, and perfectly heated, making them enjoyable at any time of the day. Every detail of this resort feels carefully planned to create the ultimate family vacation and make every guest feel welcome. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the amazing foam party in the pool. Our children had the time of their lives laughing, dancing, and playing in the foam. Watching them so happy created memories that our family will treasure forever. The entire property was spotless, the atmosphere was peaceful yet full of fun, and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. We would also like to give a very special thank you to Valentina for her outstanding kindness, warmth, and incredible help throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make sure our family had everything we needed and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Her exceptional customer service truly made our experience even more memorable. We left with our hearts full of wonderful memories and cannot wait to return. Without a doubt, this is one of the best family-friendly hotels we’ve ever visited.
